Arlo was found as a stray in a dangerous village. His dog parents were nowhere to be found, leading us to believe that they had been killed by city officials. He was immediately taken in by GWARP for fear that he might suffer the same fate. Arlo has the BEST personality - there is a not a dog or a human that he doesnt love.
